Managing properties

• We know that the best way to manage your property is to treat it as if it were our own. We find the best tenants for you, with the appropriate checks to make sure they're choosing the right property and have the available funds to rent it. We match tenants who are looking for short term lets as well as those looking for something longer term. We conduct regular property checks and maintain contact with our tenants during the tenancy. 
• We can handle everything from the time your tenant is found through to when the property is handed back to you.
• We will be available to you from 9 till 6 Monday to Friday and 9 till 5 Saturdays.

Managing tenants

• The same approach applies to our tenants as our properties. We ensure tenants are happy, are looking after your property and any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Our online maintenance reporting tool makes this quick and simple. 

Managing legislation

• We are experts in managing legislation and legislation changes so you don't have to. We can quickly summarise what the changes mean and what you need to do to comply.

Managing your investment

• We provide a consistent service by employing a very experienced team with many years in property management and Lettings. 
• All tenant deposits are help securely with My Deposits, this helps protect the tenant’s money and safeguards money to resolve any disputes at the end of the tenancy.
